All these requirements can be met by adding vegetables, fresh fruits, cereals and meat in the diet.

All parents want their kids to be healthy, but the main problem that arises is the refusal of healthy eating by kids. Kids usually do not like to eat fruits and vegetables much, therefore parents had to face many issues and had to struggle a lot to balance their kid’s nutritional requirements.
